Red Pip Consulting is the Limited Company of Tristan Hope, a CIMA qualified accountant with over 15 years of experience.

Throughout his career, Tristan has built an impressive skillset, from financial modelling and business partnering to forensic accounting and system implementation and roll out. Being a Finance Director he has also met the challenge of taking on transformational projects through tough times, advising at board level the right course of action and the implications of choice.

Tristan also has a passion for training and is developing a one-day training course to help non-financial managers understand finance, how it works and equip them with knowledge of costing and budgeting to assist the financial planning process.
